How to track your order
- From your shipping confirmation email: click the tracking link in the email.
- From your account: sign in and open your order to see its status and tracking number.
- With your tracking number: enter it on 17TRACK, which follows parcels from all major carriers.
Tracking information can take 1–5 business days to appear after shipping. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered in 4–11 business days. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
